In light of current global events, Erossea wishes to inform you that every precaution is taken to ensure a truly safe and private stay—for an authentic Greek experience enjoyed in complete serenity and total peace of mind.
We are monitoring the current and closely following the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the Greek Government, World Health Organisation, and other relevant local authorities in the fight against the Covid-19.
We have embraced a series of preventive measures that are implemented in order to enhance our existing cleaning, housekeeping, breakfast, and guest relations procedures and guarantee the health and safety of every guest and team member.

Having traveled away from your home, we appreciate that you understand that we cannot guarantee your health. However, we are taking a number of actions to enhance the already high standards of health and cleanliness in Erossea villa, so that you will feel comfortable and well taken care of during your stay with us.


• The villa continues to monitor the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is following all health and safety guidelines provided by the local department of health to create a “new normal”.
• The villa’s already rigorous cleaning regimens and protocols have been increased. Enhanced cleaning and sanitization practices have been put in place throughout the property and the overall cleaning frequency has been increased.

24 hours waiting period between Check in’s

• Erossea has implemented NEW 24 HOURS free window between stays (24 hrs waiting period) a complete set of health and safety procedures which include proper ventilation, sanitizing cleaning, and disinfecting restrictions between stays (applying also during stays).

Arrival & Departure

• Temperatures will be checked for all guests upon their entrance to the property.
• Guests’ luggage will be disinfected and handled with personal protective equipment.

Wellness Stations

• We provide a wellness complimentary kit with hand sanitizer and masks on arrival.


• We increased water quality controls in the pool and jacuzzi.


• The kitchen is following the local department of health guidelines for food safety and sanitization.

The Team

• The health of our team is being carefully monitored. All employees will be temperature screened when they arrive to work.
• The team complies with the WHO hygiene and safety protocols (hand cleaning, face masks, and gloves, keeping distance) as required by the local department of health guidelines.


• Housekeeping follow enhanced practices for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces with the focus on high touch areas.
• Housekeeping service will be offered in accordance with the local department of health guidelines only in your absence.
• The number of employees entering the villa to service will be limited throughout your stay.

• Should one feel unwell, we encourage you to contact us directly, appointed doctor near our property will be at our disposal 24/7 as the official representative for Covid-19 related incidents and health & safety procedures.
